place an order for items in our store:

available products and make your selection by checking the box next to the item
and filling in the quantity.

Add items your
selected to your order using the button labeled add items to order.

Complete your
order and check out using the button labeled check out now.

Delivery
We provide flexible delivery schedules. The shipping charge is based on the
item ordered and your shipping location.
We provide Next Day Air service which means that the package will be
received on the next business day. For example: a package that was shipped out
on Friday, customer will receive it on Monday.

Return Shipping Instruction
Packaging:

External
Drive/Library - return the item and all accessories included with original
purchase (cable, key, terminator, power cord, power supply, etc.)

Bare drives - return drive only. Do not
include any partsn not purchased from Bason
-
Bason is not
liable for any items received other than the item to be returned.

The
bare hard drive
must be returned inside an ANTI-STATIC bag, packed in a box with foam
surrounding the drive. Use the original box to
ship the external drives. Multiple drives must have separators to prevent the
drives from touching. Failure to meet these packaging requirements may result
with a Voided Warranty.

Bason-approved
packaging may be purchased from Bason at a minimal cost.
Packing Slip:

Include a
packing slip with the drive. This should include your name, address,
daytime telephone number, our RMA#, model number(s), and serial
number(s).
